Barry Dale Loukaitis is a convicted murderer who carried out a school shooting in Moses Lake, Washington on February 2, 1996. At the age of 14, Loukaitis entered Frontier Middle School armed with a high-powered rifle, two handguns, and a hunting knife, and opened fire on his classmates, killing two students and a teacher.
